I've been around sailboats my hole life, grew up in a family where sailing was a popular activity, my father used to sail Finn and both my grandpartents also sailed Flying Dutchmans in the early days. I had the oportunity to sail Optimist at a high level in the national championships and earned my spot in several International events like Northamericans, Southamericans and European championships. As i grew up switched to Laser radial and hobie 16 and did World Championships in both classes. For the last years ive been sailing bigger boats in the local 37 foot Catalina and J70 fleets. I've also been kiteboarding since 2003 and was part of the mexican racing team were i also did a World championship in China prior to it being an olimpic sport.
